I came up with this idea - combining initial J with arrow pointing upward to represent their startup business in modern and clever way and also symbolicaly represent start, succesful begining. Blue color reflecting security in brand and productivity but at the same time - it is not invasive and intense. Chosen font is minimalistic (as icon itself), modern and timeless. Overall look is simple, recognizable (letter J shape; arrow shape) and minimalistic logo (concentrate on essentials, functional and easy printable) with a meaning behind it.")
