(just adding here after seeing the first submissions: my place isn't a coffee shop, we will serve juices, coffees and pastries during the afternoons but will be a proper tapas restaurant at night serving wine, beers and cocktails!)
It is situed in the brick-built city of Toulouse in the south of France, and has a very sunny terrace.
The interior design is industrial (wood, brick and metal) but contemporary (ie it's not old wood and rusty metal, it looks more \"fresh\").
Expected clients would be between 30y and 50y.")
