The app is used to streamline and automate recurring workflows and tasks for on-site employees as well as report the performance of those tasks to off-site management and other stakeholders.
The existing application felt outdated, clunky, and many of the important features were buried within the app. Some of the navigation was very complex, causing the users to need to use many unnecessary clicks to get to high-usage areas. The redesign wows the user on simplicity but is powerful to pull insights quickly on their properties and tasks to complete.")

It acts as an order booking/checkout page and also an electronic document signing page.
The design has a clean minimalist design with neutral colors and a rich look and feel. It is also modern, well laid out, and the information is well organized.
The target audience is a consumer who is shipping a vehicle and is signing a contract with the vehicle transportation broker for the service. They are mostly elderly people who are not particularly computer savvy, so the page had to be user-friendly with less friction for the user by avoiding messy, overwhelming content.")
