We need to pretty much keep the same logo, base color, and font, but change the name and tagline. I'm also looking to possibly add some gradient changes to the logo (see the other attachment), and maybe add a secondary color like a light green anywhere in the logo or text to help it stand out more. Open to suggestions!
*There is an area in the old logo (dark blue EPS files) that was a mistake from the previous designer. It looks like a line that goes from the top left to the bottom right. That should be removed/fixed please.

For logo design, I generally like the colors red, black, gold, blue. I'm imagining the logo in the upper right of every web page the customer is on. And the logo would be in lots of other places as well, naturally, but I mention the web browser location because it would be great if it were small enough to be placed there, or at least a variant of it were small enough.
