Therefore my focus was set on designing a simple yet quirky design that most depicts individual worries and the outcome the author wants to achieve.. In this instance 'Joy' - Stress solutions for the busy individual. As the book is also written by a Dr on the subject, it was important to tread a fine line between professional and approachable. The play on typography design is used to depict how technology contributes to our stresses.")
