Zielkunde ist der Industrie und Handelskunde von klein bis gross aber Vorallem der Kunde aus diesem Bereich dem das know How und die Erfahrung in diesem Bereich fehlen.
Klassisch sind Kunden die plötzlich mit neuen Aufgaben konfrontiert werden da ein Kunde erwartet, dass jetzt auch ein ein drittland exportiert wird.")
