I tried to make a unique design by turning the city upside down as if it were above the sky with the light of dawn shining behind it. Then, I tried placing a person looking out at the city from a distance, near the Los Angeles beach. This is to represent the \"point of view\" of someone who felt the impact of America's last great decade in the 1990s.
I created a visual style for the lower part of the silhouette so as not to distract from the top part, which has the title. Then I added small details like seagulls and crabs to make this cover look attractive.")
