I had gone through the design brief deeply provided by contest holder. I wanted to make it simple and easily to recall in customer mind because it's related with real estate business.

I had asked few relevant question to him regarding their target customer and business module which they are going to provide to their customers. Based on I did research on few existing logo designs for the same industry and brainstorm my original idea which I wanted to present. Finally I got my final concept :) which contest holder liked and decided to go with that.
