FLAKE!!! Dude disappears for weeks. First time I let it slide. Second time I was nice enough to pay before the project was finished with his promise he would make required changes once I was ready. Took 3 weeks. Dragged me along, "tomorrow I'll have it", still nothing. Had to hire another designer to finish.
