Operation Rehydration exists simply to provide a cold beverage to law enforcement for the purpose of sharing with our community and first responders. By doing so, Operation Rehydration aims to foster positive interactions with law enforcement and enhance community partnerships. The target audience is Law Enforcement and community activists.
