I ran a web design contest and was lucky to have top-rated 99designs.com designers participate. Several designers submitted multiple concepts and they were all good. MilvusEye submitted one concept and it was the best! He took his time, he studied the brief, he studied the examples I provided, he put himself in my mind and created the masterpiece I wanted but lacked the skill to create. I am a perfectionist and yet I found nothing imperfect with his work.
