Our site is a wedding planning website that helps brides find vendors for her wedding. MOST important is getting brides to understand our VIB card program, and get them to sign up for the card. We feel our home page experience is too cluttered and does not convey our value proposition easily or clearly. Most people arrive and wonder what we do. 2nd, is getting brides to shop from our vendors that are listed on the site. As a VIB (very important bride) cardholder, the bride now has access to shop from our list of advertisers and get special offers and deals. We need to get brides to sign up for the card, and shop from our vendors.

Inspiration comes from other sites we like. Light, simple, clean, classy, elegant, upscale, feminine.
Its all about getting brides to sign up for our VIB program and SHOP from our vendors on the site.

Redesign the home page experience to get brides to sign up for our VIB card (FREE), and get them to shop from our vendors. Maybe make it a simple 3 step process.... not sure. Looking for guidence here. I feel that we are currently asking for too much information in the initial sign up. Maybe make it into a simple process that starts with name, email, wedding date, password. Then move them into asking where they want the card to be mailed.
The current banner on the right (Mestads) must remain where it is.
