Page 1 - Home Our home page should be a stunning design that has our mission statement and links to our About Us page, Our Team page, and Contact Us page. Page 2 - About Us Mission Statement To acquire, develop, and manage value-add commercial properties with the intention of increasing shareholder value through property improvements, management consolidation, increased leasing efficiencies, and liquidity improvements. Acquisition Criteria Our acquisition criteria include apartment buildings with a market value between $1 million and $20 million within a tight geographic area of South Florida spanning from Miami to West Palm Beach. Financing Through the prestige and expertise of our board of directors, accountants & advisors, and our legal counsel we actively raising traditional financing through commercial banks and private equity to fund our acquisition targets. Each round of funding is specific to each property and based on audited financials. Acquisitions & Development Our main objective for each acquisition is to obtain non-performing or underperforming multi-family buildings in our local area which can be drastically improved through physical restoration, aggressive leasing, and proper and timely maintenance. We are able to achieve this by operating an in-house centralized organization comprised of contractors, leasing agents, and maintenance crew.
