Our current website is military themed, using a lot of camouflage-type colors. It is just under 4 years old. We would like to make the site more modern and pleasing to the eye, while retaining some of the military aspects.
One part of the site that we do really like are the puzzle pieces in the header & footer that are designed to look like camouflage.
In the home page redesign, we would like to draw focus to:
* The organization's purpose, using the video and verbiage on the existing home page
* The "operation" areas of Ady's Army:
* Ady's Wings
* Ady's Paws
* Ady's Barracks
* Ady's Fins
* Ady's Symphony
* Ady's Racers
We would also like to highlight how to get involved
* Lemonade Brigade
* Donating (one time or recurring)
* Shopping through the Amazon Smiles program
Our organization's motto is "Service God By Service Special Needs Families. Giving "Piece" of Mind, One Family at a Time." This needs to be prominent on the website.
Our social media links are limited to Facebook and Vimeo. We do post frequently to Facebook.
One issue we are having is that we are running out of navigation menu space. I like the idea of having a collapsed "mobile/hamburger" menu at all times on the site, as long as it's easy to spot and use.
