Powertec is the pioneer and leader in the area of strength equipment. Headquartered in Los Angeles, CA, Powertec produces a full line of strength equipment for home and light commercial purposes. Their brand is highly sought after by the educated buyer looking for weight capacity maximization without sacrificing safety, customization of their Workbench home gyms through extensive accessory modularization, and commercial gym quality at home gym prices.
Qu'est-ce qui vous inspire et comment imaginez-vous le design de votre entreprise?
I need a Black men's slim fit T and a Black women's baby T designed for our customer base. The company colors are Jet black and construction yellow (its similar to the Dewalt Powertool brand color). On the shirts I'm looking for the following features:
- Powertec Logo appearing somewhere on the front of the shirt
- Powertec website StrongerLives.com appearing on the back of the shirt
- Our slogan is "Committed to Stronger Lives"
- I like the idea of having a couple of Powertec olympic plates stacked in a messy pile in the lower corner of the shirt and some design(s) elsewhere on the shirt.
- Feel free to use other colors than just Black and Yellow.
I prefer a design without such obvious components and references to bodybuilding (bodybuilder silhouettes, screen print of the weights, font). The design would be unisex enough to be printed on both men and women shirts. Although the home gym line is a heavy duty machinery, I would like to allude to more elegance in the design. I'm a big fan of thoughtful graphic design elements, illustrations, retro as well. Please see the website links in the job description for more idea of my design tastes, as I worked closely with that graphic designer to develop. Hope this helps.
The consumer base for our hardcore home gyms are 95% men below the age 45. I would like a look that is powerful, energy but definitely staying away from the Gothic, Ed Hardy-esque, Affliction, Angel Wings kind of designs that are overly trendy in the fitness industry/bodybuilding apparel.
This shirt should appeal to experienced fitness enthusiasts to wear in both the gym and on the street.
