Qu'est-ce qui vous inspire et comment imaginez-vous le design de votre entreprise?
We need somebody who can design our premium range in a way which attracts the customers at the instant and forces them to give attention to it.
The designs should be graceful, catchy, elegant and self explanatory. And as our major competition is from players from germany, hence more importance is laid on the look of the products.
The major challenge being faced is through the foreign competitors Woly (MV SHOE CARE, Germany) & Woods (BNS, Rheinalle, Germany) in the Helios Premium Segment.
Our quality of products is totally accepted and appreciated in the market. But when kept along with these foreign products, our products look ordinary in front of them in terms of packaging and product labels.
Customers at high end shops don’t mind paying extra if they get a product which gives international look and gives them the confidence of maintaining their expensive shoes. That is our major challenge, even on being pocket friendly and giving the same products as woly and woods in exactly half their prices, customers chose their products over us because of their extremely attractive packaging.
We need somebody who can make a world class design for our products putting us directly in competition with these foreign brands. Designs should be elegant, attractive, having an international feel and should be self explanatory (as shoe care category is divided into products for Smooth Leather, Suede & Nubuck Leather, Waterproofer, Sports Care) and also having variety of colors.
Some products are meant for cleaning (shining), some are for waterproofing (protecting), some are for maintaining (caring). (example in attachments. PRO)
