I am a Realtor in Vancouver with an average sale price of $1M. I have primarily professional clients, young families, average age 40, age range from 30-70.

This is the first mail piece of the year that my clients will receive so it could have a New Year theme.
I want a postcard that will make clients want to post it up, something that will go on a fridge, desk, just stay arond.
The postcard could have something to do with 2012 so that it will stick around but NEW YEAR's doesn't need to be the main focus.
" My 5 New Year's Resolutions for 2012" or "In 2012 I will:"
Both sides of the postcard can be used. This is primarily a branding piece, I am not offering anything for sale or advertising any listing.
If one side of the postcard can be generic branding and the other side can have the message that would be ideal as I can re-use the postcard layout for further mailings.
I have included a few banners, my signature and my photo above. They do not all have to be used, they just give you an idea of my branding. I like using my signature.
My photo is a bit outdated. It does not have to be used.
Somewhere on the postcard it does need to say "Julie Miller Personal Real Estate Corporation". It can be in a small font. The Prudential brand also needs to be included but not the main focus.
Demographics: Single people, couples and families, average household income of $120,000 +, typical home price $1Million. Many of my clients are professionals.
