Qui sommes-nous ?
We are a community shopping centre with a mix of modern and heritage architecture. We organize free family events all year round. Our Halloween Hunt is our most successful event of the year. We offer an afternoon a fun to families: free activities for kids of all ages, lots of runner-up prizes and a fundraiser (all going proceeds going to a charity supported by the mall).

We would like to promote our Halloween Hunt on October 29, 2016 through a campaign of posters (main event poster along with activity posters that we will use the day of the event). Same graphics design will be applied to all the posters, only the wording may change. For the Qualifying round: please submit your creative design for the main poster only, the others posters (same graphics design but with different content) shall be submitted sometimes during the next stages of the contest. We’d like a Halloween-themed design that’s preferably black and orange in color and appealing to a family audience (young children and parents). We are not looking for anything neither scary nor bloody due to our target audience. Please do not use neither green ink for the content nor "big eyes"/witch for the design. Please be advised the Campaign posters have a lot of content on there, therefore, we need to keep the graphics as simple and clean as possible and shouldn’t have too many conflicting contrasts to allow type to be legibly read on it. Please be advised that same design should apply for different posters that you should provide to us (see enclosed posters from last year as example of what we are looking for in terms of content). All posters must include at minimum: our corporate logo + website (www.mycitysquare.com) + the logo of the charity that we support this year “Canuck Place Children’s Hospice” + the wording “Halloween Hunt” We will need the following Posters from you (measurements are in inches): - Blank poster with graphics only no wording o 1 Size: 22”x28”, orientation: portrait o 1 Size: 22”x28”, orientation: landscape o 1 Size: 32”x48” orientation: portrait - Main event poster o Wording to be included: at City Square Shopping Centre October 29, 12-3PM <smaller size font> Trick-or-Treating, Slime making, Cookie decorating, Face Painting, Mad Science Show Win an Xbox One S 500GB Halo Collection Bundle + Minecraft game o 1 Size: 22”x28”, orientation: portrait (future use: insert for stanchion) o 1 Size: 32”x48” orientation: portrait (future use: insert for sandwich board) o 1 Size: 11.75x8.75 inches, orientation: landscape (future use: insert for tray liner) - Ballot box poster: o Wording to be included: Ballot Box o 1 Size: 13.92 inches x 13.92 inches orientation: portrait All the following : Size: 22”x28”, orientation: portrait: - 1 prize station poster: o Wording to be included: Prize Station Open from: 12:00 – 2:30pm.
