The Precision Surgical Group is an alliance of surgeons dedicated to serve the surgical needs of the Chicago-land community. Compassion, empathy, and partnership with our patients are the pillars on which we base our care. It is our objective to work with our patients towards a successful recovery through collaboration and mutual respect.

The aim of the postcard is to be an advertisement for my surgical practice to patients and other doctors to obtain referrals and to serve as an introduction of myself. One side would advertise the group (Precision Surgical Group). The other side, just me (Marc Adajar, M.D.). Please refer to the website http://www.precisionsurgical.org as a reference (for example, to match the face with the corresponding business card). Also you can refer to http://www.yelp.com and www. vitals.com and search "Marc Adajar" to view reviews/awards about me (but not necessarily to insert in postcard). The website, office number (773-561-7911), the phrase "Office locations throughout Chicago" and my email address (MarcAdajar@precisionsurgical.org) must appear on the card. Please feel free to make the postcard artistic and inventive, eyecatching, and original...not like a oversized business card. One side should have my picture, information about me (as seen on the website), my email and office number. The other side CAN have pictures and/or names of the remaining surgeons (with their specialties as shown on the attached business cards), the mission statement as on the website, or the awards/reviews as described earlier...the particular elements depends what fits/looks best on the overall design. However, the website, the office number, and the phrase "office locations throughout Chicago" must appear on the other side. I would prefer a clean, simple design rather than an overload of information (for example, only the other surgeons names/specialties and mission statement with their corresponding pictures). I attached all the files for your convenience, but not all of the attachments need to be used.
Remember, one side advertises me (Marc Adajar, M.D.) and the other side my group (Precision Surgical Group).
