We send out monthly postcards to owners across the country explaining our rental program and what we have to offer as a management company. I would like to redesign our 4 X 6 postcard. You have the front and back to work with.
I would like the post card to discuss what we offer in regards to housekeeping and maintenance. We spend a lot of time making sure properties are cleaned after each guest. Our properties are professionally cleaned and inspected. We work extremely hard to make sure property owners are not charged frivolous maintenance charges.
"Trust us to take care of your property"
1) Same housekeeper after every check-out to familiarize themselves with the property
2) Cabin inspectors to ensure highest level of quality
3) Employee's and contractors are monitored to ensure each property receives proper care.
4) Owners are contacted regularly to ensure owners are never surprised or over-billed.
In small writing somewhere on the card--"Not intended to solicit any cabin under a current contract with a cabin rental company."
Those sentences need to be shortened but those are some of the things we offer owners in the property care department. Overall we are selling an "experience" to out owners and to our guests. Of course they are booking nice cabins, but we care that owners and guest have a great experience with their family and with our management company. The post card needs to be extremely professional and nice. Please leave enough space on the back of the card for the address--it is probably best to leave the bottom/right third of the card white.
