Here is what I am looking for on this flyer:
It should be standard paper sized, 8.5" x 11" -- It will be posted at nursing homes, assisted living communities, etc.
I would like it to follow the format of the attached flyer (e.g., a headline section at the top, below that a left section focused on the contact details of the facility on the left, on the right a stock photo (attached) with a subheadline below, and then a bottom section with bullet points).
At the top, the new flyer should still say "Are You Concerned About the Cost of Assisted Living?"
In the left side of the next section, where it currently says "Stonebridge at Burlington" have space for the hosting facility's name and logo (please include a placeholder graphic and text). Under that, the date and time can remain the same -- the RSVP to should be changed to "RSVP to XXX-XXX-XXXX" ... the address should be replaced with placeholder text for the address of the facility. Finally, the small text that says "Presented by..." can be removed.
On the right side of that section, I'd like to have a graphic of a elderly couple (attached)...I'd like the language under that to read "Join Us to Discover How You May Be Able to Convert Your Life Insurance Policy to Help Pay the Cost of Your Care"
In the bottom section (Where it currently reads, "Wartime veterans or their Surviving Spouses..."), I'd like all of the language in that section to be removed and instead for it to have the following headline: "Plus Learn About the Latest Changes to the Laws Regarding Veterans Benefits...At This Workshop You'll Discover:" and then the following bullet points underneath:
* How Qualifying Veterans May Still Be Eligible to Receive Up to $25,022 Annually to Help Pay the Cost of Assisted Living.
* How to Protect Your Life Savings From Being Wiped Out By Long Term Care Expenses
* What State and Federal Programs Might Be Available to Help Pay the Cost of Your Care
* The Asset Protection Language Which Can Help Protect Your Life Savings. Unfortunately Most People Don't Have This Language in Their Powers of Attorney.
Finally, at the bottom of the flyer in small print, the following disclaimer should appear: "The choice of a lawyer is an important decision and should not be based solely upon advertisements."
That should just about cover what I need...please contact me if you have any questions...thanks!
