We have a number of shopping centers or vacant pieces of land that we market. We need a standard and cohesive way to display information about each one. Our goal is to develop two standard flyer templates that can be used to market all of our properties. We would like the flyers to be 1 page front and back.
Flyer 1 will be used for marketing space for rent in our shopping centers.
Flyer 2 will be used for marketing vacant property for sale or lease.
Flyer 1 needs to have the following information:
* Property Address
* Shopping Center Name
* Brief description of the property
* Contact information
* List of spaces available
* Rental Rate
* TICAM Rate
* Picture(s) of the property
* Site Plan (the best place may be on the back of the flyer)
Flyer 2 needs to have the following information:
* Parcel ID Number
* Zoning Designation
* Jurisdictional Authority
* Utilities Available
* Contact Information
* Google Map or Aerial Photo
* An "on the ground" photo
* Place for a survey to be dropped in (the best place may be on the back of the flyer)
A couple of comments:
Both flyers need to have our company logo on them, our website: http://www.swainassociates.com, our phone number 910-256-2211, and agent contact information. This info is shown on the flyer attached.
The following disclaimer needs to be on both flyers. It can be in small print. "The information herein has been obtained by sources deemed reliable. While we do not doubt its accuracy, we have not verified it and make no guarantee, warranty, or representation of it. It is your responsibility to independently confirm its accuracy and completeness. You and your advisors should conduct a careful, independent investigation of the property to determine to your satisfaction the suitability of the property for your needs."
We are in the process of developing a new website for our company. We would like the flyer to look/feel similar to our website. The temporary link to our site is: http://pcdstaging.com/
The flyers will be printed/handed out to prospects, emailed and placed for download on our website. I've attached an example of the flyer we are using now (Flyer 2 example.pdf). This flyer does not coincide with our new website but gives you an idea of what we are currently using. I also included an example of another firm's flyer (Flyer 1 example.png).
I've included site plans which are consistent with the type of site plans that we would include on the flyer.
It doesn't matter if the flyer is landscape or portrait orientation.
