bobmcginn avait besoin d'un nouveau design de App et a lancé un concours sur 99designs.
Un gagnant a été sélectionné de 99 designs proposés par 21 designers freelance.
The name of the app is called Fripple with a tagline: "Simple Surveys for Friends".
If a user has a quick question they'd like to ask their friends, they can use Fripple to create the question, send it to their friends and it will collect and aggregate the results. One use case: A woman is shopping and likes two pairs of shoes. She's not sure which one she wants so she takes a pic of both and asks her friends which ones they like the best. Fripple lets her know 80% of her friends like one pair vs. the other.
I worked with a designer friend who created a logo and color palette. I've attached this information (the fripple_logo and FrippleStyleSheet files). I like the idea of the ripple affect running through the name. I also like the color palette but these are just starting points and I give full creative license to the designer.
Overall, I like a clean and simple design with minimal colors (one colorful and one more simple like grey and orange, etc.) and things happening on each screen (the app should be so simple my mom can use it). In general, I think the apps currently out there doing what I want (highlighted below) are too busy for the most part.
Fripple
So here's a detailed description of what I'm looking to do.
What I need Done/How You Win:
-I've done all the coding and have a functioning app that will perform the basic functionality of what I envision for v1.0 of Fripple. However, it looks like crap. I've attached screen shots of all the screens in the basic order of how the user will/can experience the app.
-I need a designer to take the concept and make it look attractive with a logo (new or updated from what I have), color palette and overall look and feel.
-The deliverable for this contest is designs/assets for three main screens of the app, which are highlighted below (#2, #5 and #11). I included all the screens to provide context and highlight the app flow.
-I'll work 1:1 with the winner of this contest to finish the other screens I would need (thinking 4-5 more).
What I have Right Now:
-I've attached screen shots of what I have so far. Here is a brief description of each one.
1.launch_screen: Screen user sees while the app is loading.
2.welcome_screen_if_not_logged_in: If the user hasn't created an account or is logged out, this is the screen they will see first. They have the option to create an account or log in. I also want to give the option to login/create an acct via Facebook, which I didn't do in my prototype. ***THIS IS PART OF THE CONTEST***
3.sign_up: If the user doesn't have an account, they can create one.
4.log_in: The user can log back in if they got logged out.
5.welcome_screen: If the user has an account. This is the first page they see. This is where the user initializes the creation of a Fripple (survey). It's where they see the number of Fripples (surveys) they've sent to their friends as well as the number that they've have received from their friends but didn't create themselves.***THIS IS PART OF THE CONTEST***
6.welcome_screen_with_menu: This is just the welcome screen highlighting the slide out menu.
7.about_page: Simple "about" page.
8.feedback_email: If the user clicks on "feedback", they can send an email to a specified account.
9.support_email: If the user clicks on "support", they can send an email to a specified account.
10.privacy_policy_page: Simple privacy policy page.
11.new_fripple_with_text_as_options: If the user hits "create" from the main menu, they are taken to the create Fripple screen where they have the option to create different types of Fripples. One option is to create a simple question with just text options. I'm also thinking we could have options we provide for them like a smiley face, a sad face and a not sure face or something like that. All of this create screens here all happen on the same screen.***THIS IS PART OF THE CONTEST. NOTE: THE SCREEN NEEDS TO INCORPORATE #11, #12 AND #13***
12.new_fripple_with_main_image: Another type of Fripple would be a picture you want to get feedback about.
13.new_fripple_with_images_as_options: Another option would be to have pictures as options and have them choose their favorite. There's an option for the user to toggle between text as options or images as options.
14.add_contacts_to_fripple: Once the user has created their Fripple, they need to select who they want to send it to. After they select who they want to send the Fripple to, they come back to the create screen and can hit send or start over. If they hit send, a text message is sent to their friends letting them know they have been sent a Fripple and to go to the app to view and answer it. The user is then directed back to the welcome_screen.
15.sent_screen: This screen shows a summary of the Fripples the user has sent to friends. They can click on a specific Fripple to see results.
16.recieved_screen: This screen shows a summary of the Fripples the user has received from friends. They can click on a specific Fripple to see results.
17.take_fripple_with_text_as_options: This is an example of a Fripple with text options the user has received and has just answered.
18.take_fripple_with_main_image: This is an example of a Fripple with an image and text options the user has received and has just answered.
19.take_fripple_with_images_as_options: This is an example of a Fripple with images as options the user has received and has just answered.
20.results_fripple_with_text_as_options: This shows the results of a text as options Fripple.
21.results_fripple_with_main_image: Another example of results from a Fripple.
22.results_fripple_with_images_as_options: One last example of results for a Fripple.
23. fripple_logo: I was working with a designer friends of mine and she came up with this logo. I like the general idea of the ripple affect but welcome other ideas as well.
24.FrippleStyleSheet: The same designer came up with a color palette. Feel free to use or not use.
The designs should be created for the iPhone 6 in portrait mode. No need for landscape mode or for tablet right now.
