This app will be used by doctors to monitor a patient's vitals during procedures, specifically focused on delivery of anesthesia medications.

We would like to see something very similar to the screen and pop-up displayed in this video at time 2:00 : http://www.imd-soft.com/myanesthesia. The Napa logo should be included somewhere on the screen. The "NAPA Vitals.png" is another example of how the images may look.

This project should consist of one screen and a "callout dialog" box. The "callout dialog" as shown in the attached "SMTnapatimeline.png" should appear when you tap on the time heading and allows you to manipulate the data points that influence the graphical view. Once saved, the main grid updates. The lower section allows for other types of inputs in row and column format and may be from number pickers or picklist pickers or may be checkboxes or search boxes.
