Flexacare is currently in the start-up phase of development, but it will be a mobile physical therapy and health and wellness business that offers the utmost in convenience and high quality service to its customers. Physical therapists who work for Flexacare will drive to a patient’s home or work site and provide services at that location. General services provided will be manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, fitness/wellness treatments, creation of home exercise programs, and injury prevention screening.
Ultimately, Flexacare will implement a hybrid model of healthcare, which combines in-person visits with telemedicine services. Patients will be initially be evaluated in their home or work site and subsequent visits will occur through live videoconferencing, such as is done through a service like skype. Due to fact that telemedicine services will eventually be added, I would like a logo that is more modern than conservative.
Although both convenience and high quality service will be emphasized in Flexacare’s brand, flexibility of service will be prioritized over quality of service.
Target audience will be for both genders in the 25-55 age range who reside in the northeastern United States. These individuals are working class individuals/ stay at home mothers/fathers who do not have the time to rearrange their schedule to attend physical therapy 2-3 times per week for 4 weeks.
