Where do they live? Our recreational consumer will travel much farther than our medicinal consumer. We will see medicinal consumers come from a 100 miles radius easily. Currently many patients travel across state for their cannibis needs. Southwest Mi is known for its beaches, winery, breweries, and family campgrounds so tourism will come naturally.

What is their relationship with cannabis? Our medicinal customers use for pain management and mental illness. Our recreational consumer uses it on the weekends with friends or at night while relaxing from a hard day at work.
What do they want to experience when they do business with us? They want a trusted, secure, and private experience at our facility.
What to we want them to experience? A one on one private experience with our sales staff and bud tenders where they are offered professional advise and explanation of different products and usages. We want them to look forward to coming to our facility to see the new products we have produced (flavors, varieties)
