Don't make it look like the KFC logo.
My grandfather was a real estate developer in upstate NY many yeas ago. His name was Fred, hence the name of the company. I want to use his likeness as the image for the logo. I have included the picture that I would like to be utilized (obviously, he is the one on the right). The logo should be black and gold or black and Hermes orange.
I want you to take this image of him and make a nice artist rendering/recreation, whether is actually drawn by hand first or manipulated from the image I provide. Something that is distinguished and classy and works for all applications of a logo, from signage to website, etc. Something captures him. The logo should give off good vibes and capture his essence, including his awesome old school hair. Do not have to commit to the bow-tie.
I would imagine this image would be enclosed in a circle or an oval or something like that, with the company name above, below, or a combination of both (but you may come up with a better design and I am open to anything that works). The font used to write "Frederick Property Group" should be classic and utilize pretty calligraphy, but not anything that is difficult to read or register. It might need to follow the line of the logo, like a curved text wrap if the logo image is circular, etc. (instead of it definitively being straight line text), though I am open to anything that looks good.
*THERE IS NO WAY TO PROCEED IF YOU DO NOT USE THE IMAGE AS THE BASIS OF THIS LOGO.
