We are a small neighborhood veterinary practice that has been operating since 1974. The original owner retired and sold the practice to us in 2005. Over the past 7 years the practice has transformed from an old school / old veterinary clinic to a veterinary center that offers progressive medicine, structured operations, a highly skilled staff and superior customer service - which is our #1 priority.
We have just started a project of re-branding the practice. Our goals for this project include:
1. Renaming the practice to: My Pet's Veterinary Center
2. Logo creation
3. New website
4. New storefront signage
5. New brochure and other marketing material
Currently our competitive advantages include the level of customer service we provide and our treatment capabilities as a general practice. For example, we have the skill set and team to provide more advanced surgeries than most general practices. We also offer more services than the average general practice such as some rehabilitation options, ultrasound and laser technology based treatments.
We want to portray a "one-stop" type medical facility for your pet that has the characteristics of compassion / caring / family but yet with advanced capabilities / state of the art technologies, etc..
Target audience is currently our own clients and all pet owners within our market area which is generally a 20 mile radius.
Our target market should expand as we may eventually open another practice utilizing the same name or even franchise practices using the same name. We want this brand to be capable of unlimited growth.
