As a happy repeat 99designs client, I am coming back to you because I need a logo for a neighborhood called Point Verona. It was named after the former owner's mother, Verona, who died at age 96, so I think it's important the logo be somewhat feminine in honor of her. Also, there are beautiful live oak trees which have undulating branches, and the rivers and creeks surrounding it also meander so I think its important the logo have movement to it. The neighborhood offers panoramic views across marshland to the Charleston Harbor and historic city of Charleston, and there is also a community dock where owners can swim, fish, kayak etc...The road in the community is made of sand and shell, not asphalt. I have attached some color palette suggestions - grayish-blue for the water, tans/browns for the oak trees and gray neutrals. I am open to other ideas, but the colors must be organic and earthy!! Also, I attached photos of what the live oak trees look like. And some aerial shots from google earth to show you the "Point", the existing homes, the docks, and the position in relation to the water. I am a realtor and I will actually be selling three new homes in this neighborhood (also attached). Part of that process for me will be to develop the website (pointverona.com) and a logo for it, then I'll be turning the website and logo over to the neighborhood owners when we are done - so please make me proud!! :) The logo will be used on printed material (like floor plans), the website, and maybe some other areas, so please make sure it has a transparent background. By the way, if you go to http://www.harlestonrow.com - you'll see a logo one of your colleagues developed for me 2 years ago that I used for the project, collateral and custom canvas bags for the new owners. Everyone loved it!! So I love this process. :) Thank you and I look forward to your designs!!
