This name comes from the combination of one of the four corporate values (collaboration) and the cultural transformation that we are living.
We are about to launch our corporate culture change project for our employees from the area of Organizational Transformation & Human Resources. The company we work for is VisaNet Peru (http://www.visanet.com.pe), which is a strategic ally that promotes the growth of the country's businesses, facilitating a more agile and secure commercial activity in the financial market (we are Visa partners in Peru).
Our objective is the constant development of innovative tools and solutions that allow businesses of different magnitudes to accomplish their objectives.
Culture change purpose:
Actually, we are going through an organizational transformation that needs a cultural transformation oriented to the innovation of each employee. For this reason, the challenge of this cultural transformation is to inconvenience the comfort zone.
The name + logo have to contribute to the success of the change management projects: 360° company culture, values, soft skills, etc. We are changing our way of working, it is more a change in the way we connect and socialize within the organization as a employees, and this will have an impact on our business.
By now, we have had developed some initiatives in an insolated manner, that’s why the employees don’t feel identified with it. For that reason, we want to create a hole identity for this transformation that all our collaborators can know about it, feel part and join it. This logo will be used for all the future internal and external (PR) campaigns about this topic.
This cultural transformation is based mainly on 4 characteristics: dynamic, integrative, communicative and full of learning.
