Great Rock at Branson

Great Rock at Branson is a hotel and timeshare located in the United States mid-west, located next to a beautiful lake and live performance theaters. Our product is an economical and family friendly vacation spot filled with comfort and warmth.
"Great Rock at Branson" has a sister property called "Oak Ridge at Branson." Both are sub-brands of the "The Branson Club" -- please see the attached photo for reference. "Great Rock" is a little more high-end than "Oak Ridge" but its logo needs to coexist well with the two existing logos. See below for more notes.
Our target audience:
Conservative, mostly American seniors and retirees looking for an economical yet fun vacation. They are hard workers who dream of being able to relax at a resort and sip cocktails

Please check the attached image for reference. "Great Rock at Branson" has a sister property called "Oak Ridge at Branson." Both are sub-brands of "The Branson Club" and their logos must be able to coexist well. "Great Rock" is a little more high-end than "Oak Ridge", but it should not be too fancy.
The preferred layout is horizontal, for web compatibility. See attached design references, and below for additional notes:
The look and feel is:
1. classic to appeal to the conservative audience
2. well-put-together to convey that this destination is a good value
3. NOT too "fancy" or "glitzy" – instead, the logo should appear warm and honest
