UPDATE: Limit visual elements to hummingbirds, scissor-tail fly catchers (see attached picture), or feathers. We like the symbology of these. If you do one of the birds, one idea (although not required) is to spread the wings a bit to incorporate a letter V. Also, having a split tail is unique and most bird images so far have seemed to only have been in profile (side-view), so consider bird images from a unique vantage point, such as the back or top down, etc. Play around with colors, not just the ones we selected. The people we polled favored colors that were bolder and not overtly feminine or masculine. We live in Oklahoma where there are many Native Americans, the hummingbird and the flycatcher both have significance for health and vitality and feathers are universal to Native American symbology as well. We want images that inspire people or excite them about the transformation of weight loss they are going to undertake. We have preferred clear, clean, straight-lined, easy to read fonts. OLD: We like clean, reductive designs with elegant, easily recognizable visual elements that use a stark color contrast to catch the eye quickly. Vitalis is latin for life. Design elements should include a visual interpretation for one, or more, of these abstract concepts (or something similar): a new path, changing your life, life, health, longevity, strength of character, positivity, hope. Building the name with a custom font would also be liked. Our state bird is the Scissor-tailed Flycatcher and could be incorporated into the design if done so elegantly.
