Target Audience: Women 25-54 that own a dog or cat
On Point Pet Plans is a membership organization where dog and cat owners pay a monthly fee and receive all preventative veterinary care, plus each month they earn healthcare points that can be used for illness, accidents and emergencies.
An On Point Pet Plan member pays $29 to $69 per month and receives preventative care such as vaccines, annual tests, etc. and earns $20 to $100 per month in healthcare points. The healthcare points rollover each month so the points can be saved and used for care when a pet gets sick. Each year, 20% of all pets have an accident, emergency or unexpected illness with the average cost of treatment ranging from $550 to $800. On Point Pet Plans cost significantly less than pet insurance.
On Point Pet Plans are affordable and help a pet owner cover the cost of care when the unexpected happens. Almost everyone with a pet experiences some sort of accident, emergency or unexpected health issue over the course of a Pet's life. This plan helps members pay for the inevitable.
On Point Pet Plans allow a pet owner to earn points every month that will cover most if not all of a member's annual healthcare needs and gives the pet owner peace of mind knowing that the points that they have earned will cover or provide financial assistance when the unexpected happens.
For example, for $49 per month on a dog plan, a member will receive up to an $80 per month value of veterinary services in pet care points that they can redeem when they have an illness, accident or emergency. Points roll over year after year and they last the lifetime of the pet. In this example, this pet owner would earn $960 value in pet care points in one year.
Another example, let's say that a dog is healthy for 3 years. Over the course of 3 years, the owner has earned $80 of points value per month over 36 months and accrued a total of $2,880 in healthcare points over 3 years. In the 4th year, the dog has an accident which requires a surgery costing $1,800. The owner will redeem $1,800 of their points for the surgery and have $1,080 left for any future care needs. The cost for this surgery is fully covered using their points.
This plan protects its members from the financial stress and burden that can come with a pet's unexpected illness, accident or emergency; and allows the owner to make the best healthcare decisions for their pet, never having to compromise on care due to the cost of treatment.
