Million Dollar Boots

Stryker is one of the top Medical Device companies in the world. Our division, Stryker Surgical sells power tools for orthopedics (among other products) into the operating room. I am a Sales Manager in TX and have 11 Reps working for me. We make up the 'Southwest Region'. All of our territories are in TX, and we have a very established, very successful, full of pride team.

The target audience is our team! This is an internal tribal logo / battle cry!

I'd like to explore the following colors:

Let designers make suggestions:
Reds: Energy, action, passion and love.
Light neutrals: Purity, balance and sophistication.

I would like to institute a new award this year called the ‘Million Dollar Boots Award’. This would be awarded to the rep who sold over $1Million in one month. I have two gentlemen who have accomplished this so far this year and another 3rd one expected soon. This logo will end up being stitched onto the boot.

Ideally I would like to have a standard logo that says "Stryker Surgical Southwest Region" that I can use on other stuff (paper, presentations, etc..), and a second logo that incorporates the phrase "Million Dollar Boots" that I can have stitched into the boot.
