a. Seminars, certification courses, networking events for small/mid sized businesses (in partnership with SBA, ExIm Bank, Chambers of Commerce, and MOU’s I have in place)
b. Reverse trade missions
c. Consulting, introductions
d. Fee for Service exchanges and contracts such as Global Connect/U.S. Embassy to Mexico City, Eisenhower Fellows, Fulbright Enrichment Seminars, Open World, and a number of other agencies that bring VIPs to Albuquerque from all over the world.
e. Entrepreneurship support and events: 1x a month hold an event (breakfast or lunch) where a number of entrepreneurs and small biz owners pitch their company/product to a room full of other entrepreneurs. Pitch is 10min, and then the entrepreneur is able to allow for questions and/or discuss what they need in order to get to the next level (lab space, marketing, capital, freight forwarders, challenges and solutions, etc). The network of entrepreneurs will help each other build their businesses. 1 service provider allowed as the event sponsor. I would like to grow this into a grant fund for capital for future entrepreneurs.
f. Exchange programs
g. Marketing Albuquerque for business ventures as well as tourism

Albuquerque is famous for it's hot air balloons (Balloon Fiesta), mountains, bold colors, artists, high tech industries (biotech, bioscience, renewable energy, aerospace), multi-cultures (Latino/Hispanic, Native American, Caucasian), and is called the "Land of Enchantment." The logo and card should convey a sense of place, while still representing the purpose of the organization: providing resources for small/mid-sized businesses and entrepreneurs who need assistance entering into international trade. ABQOIA will also run exchange programs, bringing in VIPs and dignitaries from all over the world for professional connections and business deals (Parliament members, Ambassadors, Nuclear physicists, CEOs). The design should reflect the elements that make Albuquerque "quirky" yet serious enough for an international market with global reach.
