See Excel Spreadsheet attached for a over idea of the Service Report.
The service report will be sent according to the service schedule for
that customer. Generally weekly or bi-weekly.
Data Element 1 : Service Date – Value is a Date
Data Element 2: Service Frequency – Possible values are (Weekly,
Data Element 3: Customer Contact – This is their name
Data Element 4: Billing Address – Address
Data Element 5: Service Address – Address
Data Element6: Next Service Date – Date
Data Element 7: Services Performed this visit. This is a table of
sorts. There are several services that might have been performed
test, mow, fertilization, pest control, lime, aeration, seeding,
pruning, leaf removal, blowing, trimming, week control) For this
element would like a graphic that we can edi t to show what was done
this service and what is planned for next service.
Data Element 8: Weekly Precipitation - This is two numbers. The first
is the normal and the second is the actual. We will update this
numbers each week. But would be best shown as some kind of scale or
graphic. The range is 0”-10”+.
Data Element 9: Soil Test. - There are 3 main data points in a soil
test. See attached test. pH, Phosphorus (P-I) and Potassium (K-I).
There is a optimal range. We want to show where their results land in
relation to the optimal range. Attached test results show that.
Data Element 10: is their yearlyTURF (grass) service schedule. This
should show for all the services and treatments what months they
should be done. Soil Test, Mowing, Fertilization, Pest Control, Lime
Aeration/Seed, Watering. The services don't change, but the schedule
for each one might depending on the turf type. This is sort of a
Data element 11: a pruning schedule. This is a list that might have 1
to 5 different plant species listed. We may group some. We need to
show what months the pruning is recommended and also the month we
to do it(show as a circle on our example.) Looking for bar graphcs,
icons that indicate those points.
