We are an orthopaedic practice in Central Florida with 19 doctors and 6 locations.

We're looking to have an infographic titled "Knee Replacement Facts & Statistics" designed to be featured on our website and popular social media sites. We may also get the piece printed, but for now we're focusing solely on having a solid web piece.
I have attached a document outlining all of the facts and sections we'd like to see. There is a potential to do much more design work to the winner.
It should be eye-catching and use our practice colors found on our website (http://www.OrlandoOrtho.com). They don't have to be exact but should be close. We are open to all kinds of looks (except "cartoony") and we definitely don't want it to be boring. Streamlined and modern or big and bold - we are open to seeing what is out there.
Please include our logo on the bottom left or right corner as well as the web address on the bottom center.
