Every credit union interaction should feel as though it is the first time we've ever done it and that it's the most important thing we have to do. How we think about our customer is how we will treat them. We are an extension of the CU team. myCUmortgage will deliver its service in a consistently consistent manner.
2. Unusual Transparency - myCUmortgage will be transparent to Credit Union clients and employees. In a period where many companies do things to customers, we will not only tell what we are doing, but we will tell why we are doing it. This applies to how and what we communicate with employees.
