I like simplicity and generally some color. I also like people to "get it" immediately when they look at our logo. The end result must be compelling. It also needs to look great in print/web/billboards etc.
I'd suggest you consider taking a fresh, novel approach to this.
One of our strengths is to find people who aren't noticed by others because of their resume. We assess their strengths, find out they have amazing potential and get them jobs they otherwise probably would not have got. Plus, they love them because they are asked to work on that they are naturally good at all day long.
We're also open to a logo without the tagline if it's amazing.
By the way, I removed our existing logo as designers weren't trying to come up with something completely new. Our logo was average and completely unmemorable. Please strive for something completely new. Simple, compelling and tells our brand story.
Good luck! Can't wait to see what you design.
Hi! Just a reminder, I like simple, impactful and memorable logos. If the logos have many design elements to them, they generally won't be simple.
I would encourage you to create logos that are unique, original and taking a different approach to the ones we already have. We do not need more logos with people in a circle, there are already 30+ versions of that.
I also like logos that focus primarily on the words "Build Your Team" instead of focusing attention on the picture beside the words. If you google large company logos, you'll find that almost all of them decorate the word itself instead of drawing attention away from it. Try that approach.
Thank you! I'm amazed at the creativity of this group.
